amazing views breakfast buffet attentive staff
the hotel has amazing views from the lobby, it was amazing. i found the breakfast buffet to be excellent, with diverse options from different cultures. the staff were attentive and always smiling.

the breakfast buffet at thirty8 had a scenic twin tower view. the staff was attentive. i enjoyed the excellent location near shopping centers (it's a short walk!). the hotel gym had adequate equipment.
access to the hotel required two elevator rides, inconvenient at times.

i stayed for a few nights and this hotel surprised me. the breakfast buffet included many options. i loved the cleanliness, it was super clean. the staff provided prompt, kind service.
the lighting switches are confusing, i could not figure out what each switch controlled.

well-kept pool early check-in gym amenities disorganized queue leaking shower missing blind
I found the pool to be well-kept and attended. the gym has towels and water, a nice touch. i checked in early and the room was ready within an hour. A really convenient service.
The check-in queue felt disorganized and stressful. there were no window blinds in my room to block light. the shower wall leaked into the bedroom. A serious maintenance issue.

attentive staff diverse options
I found the staff attentive and helpful . they promptly addressed my needs. the breakfast offered a diverse range of options, including both local and international cuisine. I enjoyed every morning. The food quality was high.
The elevators required two separate rides to reach the lobby. It inconvenienced me when i wanted to go to my room quickly.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I used the gym and the pool. i especially enjoyed the restaurant downstairs that served super yummy traditional food. my room faced the towers and had a great view
